1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dev Card Showcase platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Dev Card Showcase is a community-driven platform that showcases developer portfolio cards and projects. The Service provides tools for developers to share their work, collaborate on projects, and engage with the developer community.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Dev Card Showcase a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dev Card Showcase and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Dev Card Showcase, a Dev Card Showcase employee, or any other person or entity

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dev Card Showcase makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall Dev Card Showcase, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dev Card Showcase operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
